Return Information

To prepare your domestic return shipment:

  • Fill out the enclosed "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund.
  • Place the items you would like to return along with a copy of the "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form back into the original shipping box or the provided soft pack.
  • Securely tape your shipment closed.
  • Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box or soft pack.
  • Write down the return label shipping number for future reference.

To ship your domestic return back to Global Imports BMW Parts:

Drop the box off at any authorized Service Station or Drop Box.  Please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to arrive back into our warehouse after you have shipped the package.

Returns are not accepted after 60 days.

Return Guidelines

Global Imports BMW wants you to be completely confident in your purchase. Products must be returned within 60 days of the original invoice date.

New products returned within 60 days are eligible for exchange or full refund less shipping charges. "New" products are unused, uninstalled, and in the undamaged box or original packaging (including tags where applicable). Any promotional items need to be returned to receive a full refund.

We will not accept the return of products that have been installed, damaged, or no longer in "like new" condition.

Defective Product/Warranty

Global Imports BMW wants you to be completely satisfied with everything we offer. All Genuine BMW parts carry a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty.  Products suspected to be defective and will within the 2 year warranty period must be brought to a Certified BMW Dealership for warranty evaluation. If the product is deemed to be defective the item will be replaced for free including parts and labor. Limitations of warranty policy:

  1. Item must be within manufacturer’s warranty period – 2 years unlimited mileage.
  2. Items with visible crash damage will not be considered for warranty.
  3. Electrical parts are not returnable.
  4. Items must be brought to your local Certified BMW dealer for "spare parts warranty" consideration.
  5. If determined that your item is defective and under warranty, and your item will be replaced for free parts and labor.
  6. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.

If you are unsure whether your product is a warranty, you are welcome to take pictures of the defect and send them to Parts@atlantabmwparts.com with a description of the defect. Most of the time we will be able to tell you whether the defect is a warranty or not.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
